Guidelines for Posters

All posters will be installed on Sunday and removed Thursday after the conference.

Posters with odd numbers will be presented on Monday, August 28, and those with even numbers will be presented on Tuesday, August 29.

All posters should be size A1 in portrait orientation, with the longer dimension vertical. The exact dimensions for the recommended poster size is 59.4 x 84.1 cm. We will provide clips and pins for attaching your poster to the board.

The organizers will not be responsible for any lost items placed at the poster boards. We recommend that you do not leave any valuables and mark the poster tubes clearly with your name, institution and email or phone number.
